Our girl is doing great!!

She has done an amazing recovery beyond our hopes and expectations!Even though she 8 years old and there were days that we said she in not going to make it... she has a strong will to live!!She now spends her days playing with my 5 dogs and lying in the sun along with my 3 cats...

She has spend the last months fighting for her life and now she deserves a good life....

There are no words to describe the state of this poor dog....this image is becoming more more common in Greece...everyday we see strays which are sick,malnourished and close to death because of irresponsible people who decide that their pet is not of any use to them anymore so they leave them as far away as possible so they don;t find their way back home.Some of them are lucky...but for some their faith is sealed by people who think of them as ''objects'' and heartless and soulless ''tools''....

This one was lucky and was found by our friend Katerina. He was taken to the vet this morning and other than his weight he just needs to be fed!He is clean of leismaniosis and Katerina will take care of him for as long as he needs and we hope that after he is better he can find a new home!He is beautiful,friendly and patient dog!
